Nominations are now closed for the 2021 Volunteering Awards

The awards will be presented 25 March 2022 and finalists will be announced in February ahead of the ceremony.

Victorians have pulled together like never before over the past two years, supporting each other through COVID-19. Now is the time to say thank you to the thousands of volunteers, organisations and leaders who have made a difference.

For the first time, the Victorian Volunteer Awards are being combined with the Premier’s Volunteer Champion Awards to recognise and honour the thousands of people across our state who give their time, energy and skills to support others.

A highlight of the awards is still the Premier’s Volunteer of the Year, Dame Elisabeth Murdoch Award. The winner will receive a $10,000 prize to donate to a not-for-profit organisation of their choice.

The awards are being presented by Volunteering Victoria and supported by the Victorian Government.
